Rego Introduces Jira Bug Tracker in the ServiceNow App Store

The Rego Innovation team led by Josh Leone has done it again. After a successful launch of the Jira Agile Connector, Josh and team recently launched the Jira Bug Tracker in the ServiceNow App Store. Now organizations can use the Jira Bug Tracker to integrate ServiceNow problems with Jira Bugs.

“This is a great app for companies that need visibility into defect management from Jira.  By allowing problems to be initiated in ServiceNow and executed in Jira, we have eliminated the worry about data being managed in two locations.  When combined with our FREE Agile based integration, organizations now have a complete view of where time is being spent.  There is no longer a nebulous gap of work that you could never get proper visibility into.  In real time, you now have the complete story.” said Josh Leone, Chief Technology Officer at Rego Consulting.

The Jira Bug Tracker is built on an enterprise-level infrastructure and meets stringent corporate governance guidelines.

Key Features Include:

  1. Keep your Problem in sync between ServiceNow and Jira
  2. Bi-directional integration where you can specify source for your data or this can be both
  3. Realtime sync between ServiceNow and Jira
