You might have scored low if your company culture includes spreadsheet obsessions, poor participation, and hatred. On the other hand, high adopters actually enjoy the tool. They’re emotionally invested, constantly using it, and Clarity PPM processes really drive their decisions. If you need inspiration to jam your organization’s foot back on the gas pedal, start with these three steps. ## **3 Basic Steps to Ensure Clarity PPM Adoption** When it comes to Clarity PPM, we’ve seen executives, team members, resource managers, and project managers buy-in fast, intellectually. But it’s also common to see organizations struggle with the transition. You know what they say about change. So how can you get users excited? How do you get that critical emotional buy-in? It’s easier than you think. Low-value perception rockets skyward when an organization takes three basic steps: 1. Simplify the user interface, so navigation and data entry in Clarity PPM is easy for the end user. You might modify the menu, change the layout of key objects, create multiple views of data, add links, add actions, or create favorites. 2. Educate, train, and mentor the end user before, during, and after your Clarity PPM deployment. Communicate the company’s roadmap and get the end-user’s perspective.
